8-Class Yoga Bundle: Terms & Conditions
1. Package Overview
The Offer: This bundle entitles the purchaser to eight yoga class credits at Akasha Wellbeing Spa with a £16 discount.
Flexibility: Credits can be applied to any regularly scheduled yoga class, subject to availability. With the exception of Soulful Sunday and Workshops. Please book your classes on-line in advance to secure your classes.
2. Validity & Expiry
The 8-Week Rule: This bundle is valid for exactly 8 weeks (56 days) from the date of purchase.
Automatic Expiry: Any credits not used within this 8-week window will be forfeited. We do not offer extensions for unused credits due to personal scheduling conflicts or travel.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Reservations: Pre-booking is highly recommended via our website to guarantee your place on the mat.
Late Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, or fail to show up (No-Show), one credit will be deducted from your bundle.
4. Refunds & Transfers
Non-Refundable: Once the bundle has been purchased, it is non-refundable, even if no classes have been attended.
Non-Transferable: Class credits are assigned to your individual account and cannot be shared with friends, family, or transferred to another person.
5. Health & Safety
Medical Fitness: By purchasing this bundle, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in yoga.
Liability: Akasha Wellbeing Spa is not responsible for any injuries sustained during class. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancies before the session begins.
6. Changes to Schedule
Akasha Wellbeing Spa reserves the right to change the class schedule, instructor, or location within the spa. In the rare event that a class is cancelled by the spa, your credit will be returned to your bundle, but no further compensation will be provided.
Please note: We recommend booking your 8 sessions in advance to ensure you can complete your bundle within the 8-week period!
